we need to ship a laptop to a customer in moscow for us to carry out a paid engagement and also return the laptop to the UK. please could you advise as to what we require to do this.

Good day! Tell me, please, you're going to send the laptop to Moscow by courier service or in conjunction with an employee? You can claim for personal use, if sending a staff member. In this case, permits are not required.
