Certificate for the toothpaste

Hello, I need to issue a certificate of quality on the toothpaste to sell it in Russia. What do I provide the documents for this?

Dear Helen,
firstly you should get the State Registration Certificate of Customs Union. It is important to analyse composition of toothpaste before giving you details. Basing on composition we identify necessary tests and make calculation. Please send us if possible TDS/MSDS.
