Certification of Telephone System

Good morning.
Is it necessary to certify a whole Telephone System, constituted by central PABX, telecommunications network and indoor and outdoor IP phone? What certificates are required? what is the correct procedure to prepare the engineering documentation?

Dear Max,
all the telecommunication equipment must be conformed to Russian Standards. You should obtain Declaration of Conformity which is registered by Ministry of Communication of Russia.
List of documents for the homologation:
– specification, manual;
– Power of Attorney given by manufacturer to Russian importer/distributor;
– view of packing (trade dress of goods/label);
– test reports and certificates that manufacturer has;
– other national or international certificates or standards (ISO,CE etc).
The documents will be both in origin language and Russian translation.
